boost <> resilience
"I know people who don't seem to be blown away by anything. How do they do it?"
(Coachee)
That's not true, of course. Anyone can be knocked down or shaken by something at some point. But is resilience more than just a buzzword? Yes, it certainly is. Because we are all resilient, the question is: how much. You can successfully work on how you act and react and be more resilient as a result. This can be:
- How do I separate a fact from the emotion?
- Can I perhaps assess a situation differently?
- Which of my attitudes are unhelpful and how can I change them?
- How can I recharge my batteries in on the spot and then carry on more calmly?
