While you are the expert for yourself, I am the expert for the coaching process. As an academically certified coach with a three-year postgraduate degree from the University of Vienna and with many years of experience, both in Austria and internationally, I will be at your side - proficient, consistent, focused on your success.

I studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and worked for many years as a management consultant and executive in international corporations. IT implementations, digitalization and automation were my bread and butter. I also know firsthand what it means to lead employees, manage budgets, meet deadlines, make difficult decisions and have targets.

I make time for you.

I don't squeeze my coachees into standardized 50-minute sessions. Every process, every need, every challenge that pops up is simply too singular for that. That's why I offer flexible sessions of 50, 75 and 90 minutes. You decide for what you need at any given time. I also offer my coachees additional spot coaching packages if interested; spontaneously available units (20-30 minutes) when something just can't wait.
